Product Character Design

Pigzbe is a blockchain based Piggy wallet. It teaches kids about digital currency through an app, a hardware device and it's own currency Wollo.
Obelisk worked as design partners to help develop the hardware part of the equation. We played a bigger role than original anticipated, by not only developing the sonic interaction design for the device, but developing core features and UX functionality, haptic design and most noticably the visual display and lighting design. Working closely with Stefan Sadler, we spent a good deal of time on character development and getting it right, thus helping the storytelling which can be used throughout the design process.
