developing a haptic and touchable brand

The conversation with VISA started whilst Obelisk founder Karl Sadler was working with Wolff Olins. We were exploring how in a world of invisible and fluid digital transactions, their brand presence could be increased through haptic senses and experiences.

We worked in collaboration with WO to create a set of signature haptic feedback patterns using a specially built sensory tool application. By exploring speculative and future scenarios for the brands UX based on trend research, we were able to create an own able and distinguishable set of sophisticated sensations and guidelines for the brand to use in future and progressive technologies.
